Zenxel (“Zenxel,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and our online guests at Zenxel.com (“Site”). YOUR USE OF THE ZENXEL SERVICES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY WHEN USING OUR SITE, WHEN USING CONTENT OR MATERIAL FROM OUR SITE, OR WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH ZENXEL.

Collection and Use of Personal Information: When you use our Services, we may collect personally identifiable information which you voluntarily choose to provide. When We Share Information With Third Parties: We are a web-based design service provider allowing you to create materials for your personal or business needs. In order to perform our Services, we may share your information with third parties. However, we do not sell your Personal Information. Electronic Data: We will collect and store certain information automatically when you visit our Site or use our Services (“Electronic Data”). We may gather and store Electronic Data about your use automatically via our system’s server. Electronic Data does not identify you personally. Electronic Data may include, but is not limited to:

• • Operating system;
• • Pages viewed;

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals: While Zenxel takes reasonable steps to protect the privacy of its visitors and users, it cannot promise or guarantee that its current online applications programming will address every browser setting or honor every personal browser preference. Zenxel does not react to “Do Not Track” or “DNT” browser signals at this time. Note that third parties may collect Personal Information, Electronic Data, and other information about your activities over time and across different websites when you visit our Site or use our Services.

Security: Your privacy and the security of your Personal Information are important to us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. We will also make reasonable efforts to ensure that we retain information about you only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or by applicable law. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information (including Personal Information) you transmit to us, and you provide such information at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy: Zenxel’s Services are not intended for use by children and we do not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13 and will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose such information. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her Personal Information without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information, at your written request. California Privacy Rights: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents have the right to obtain (a) a list of all third parties to whom the Company may have disclosed your Personal Information within the past year for direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of Personal Information disclosed. To obtain such information, please email your request to service@zenxel.com.

Links to Other Websites: We are not responsible for any content offered on any third-party websites. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience only. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any Personal Information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party website operator or third-party product/service provider.

Social Media Features: Our Site may include social media features such as Facebook or Twitter buttons (such as “Like” or “Tweet”). These sites may automatically record information about your browsing behavior every time you visit a site that has a social media button, regardless of whether you click on the button. Your use of these features is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the social media feature, not by this Privacy Policy. You should review your privacy settings on social media sites that you use. Please note that these entities or their servers may be located either inside or outside the United States.

How You Can Access Your Information: If you have an online account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account. If you have an online account with us, you also may choose to close your account at any time by submitting a request to our customer support department via the “Contact Us” link on the FAQ/Contact Support page of the Zenxel Services or by emailing us at service@zenxel.com. After you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Services or access any of your Personal Information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Please note that if you close your account, we may still retain, use and disclose information associated with your account.

Consent to Processing in the United States: By providing any Personal Information to us on our Site, all users, including, without limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, warrant that you have the right to transfer such Personal Information into the United States of America.
