Zenxel (“Zenxel,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and our online guests at Zenxel.com (“Site”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides information about how we safeguard and use the information we gather from you when you use the Site or our Services.


Collection and Use of Personal Information: When you use our Services, we may collect personally identifiable information which you voluntarily choose to provide. For purposes of this Policy, Personal Information includes but is not limited to your name, address, work, home, or mobile phone numbers; email address; project purchase information; and IP address.

When We Share Information With Third Parties: We are a web-based design service provider allowing you to create materials for your personal or business needs. In order to perform our Services, we may share your information with third parties. However, we do not sell your Personal Information. We only share your Personal Information with third parties in the following limited circumstances and only in accordance with contractual provisions which require those third parties to protect your Personal Information:

Financial Information: If you provide us with financial information or payment information for the purpose of transacting on our Services, we will use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases made on our Services, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage Zenxel’s Services.

Electronic Data: We will collect and store certain information automatically when you visit our Site or use our Services (“Electronic Data”). We may gather and store Electronic Data about your use automatically via our system’s server. Electronic Data does not identify you personally. Electronic Data may include, but is not limited to:

  • • IP address, MAC address, RFID and/or Wi-Fi data;
  • • Domain name;
  • • Type of browser;
  • • Operating system;
  • • Pages viewed;
  • • Search requests;
  • • Geolocation and country;
  • • Time and duration of visit; and

Electronic Data helps us to determine the volume of our users’ interest in particular areas, to understand how we can improve the navigation and content of our Site, and to improve the quality of our Services.

Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals: While Zenxel takes reasonable steps to protect the privacy of its visitors and users, it cannot promise or guarantee that its current online applications programming will address every browser setting or honor every personal browser preference. Zenxel does not react to “Do Not Track” or “DNT” browser signals at this time. Note that third parties may collect Personal Information, Electronic Data, and other information about your activities over time and across different websites when you visit our Site or use our Services.

Security: Your privacy and the security of your Personal Information are important to us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. We will also make reasonable efforts to ensure that we retain information about you only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or by applicable law. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information (including Personal Information) you transmit to us, and you provide such information at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy: Zenxel’s Services are not intended for use by children and we do not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13 and will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose such information. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her Personal Information without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information, at your written request. California Privacy Rights: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents have the right to obtain (a) a list of all third parties to whom the Company may have disclosed your Personal Information within the past year for direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of Personal Information disclosed. To obtain such information, please email your request to service@zenxel.com.

Links to Other Websites: We are not responsible for any content offered on any third-party websites. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience only. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any Personal Information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party website operator or third-party product/service provider.

Social Media Features: Our Site may include social media features such as Facebook or Twitter buttons (such as “Like” or “Tweet”). These sites may automatically record information about your browsing behavior every time you visit a site that has a social media button, regardless of whether you click on the button. Your use of these features is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the social media feature, not by this Privacy Policy. You should review your privacy settings on social media sites that you use. Please note that these entities or their servers may be located either inside or outside the United States.

How You Can Access Your Information: If you have an online account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account. You can also review and update your personal information by contacting us. More information about how to contact us is provided below. If you have an online account with us, you also may choose to close your account at any time by submitting a request to our customer support department via the “Contact Us” link on the FAQ/Contact Support page of the Zenxel Services or by emailing us at service@zenxel.com. After you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Services or access any of your Personal Information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Please note that if you close your account, we may still retain, use and disclose information associated with your account.

Consent to Processing in the United States: By providing any Personal Information to us on our Site, all users, including, without limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, warrant that you have the right to transfer such Personal Information into the United States of America. You understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection and processing of such Personal Information in the United States of America. Disclosure and Ownership of Information: Any information which we obtain through your use of the Site or using cookies will be the sole property of Zenxel.

No Rights of Third Parties: This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the Services.

Changes to Policy: We may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon their posting to this page. By continuing to access and use the Services, you agree to be bound by any revised Privacy Policy.

How We Will Communicate With You: You consent to being contacted in response to a communication from you about new products or services, to provide a promotional e-mail, and we may contact you about your orders or your accounts.
