Collection and Use of Personal Information: When you use our Services, we may collect personally identifiable information which you voluntarily choose to provide. Electronic Data helps us to determine the volume of our users’ interest in particular areas, to understand how we can improve the navigation and content of our Site, and to improve the quality of our Services.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals: While Zenxel takes reasonable steps to protect the privacy of its visitors and users, it cannot promise or guarantee that its current online applications programming will address every browser setting or honor every personal browser preference. Zenxel does not react to “Do Not Track” or “DNT” browser signals at this time. Note that third parties may collect Personal Information, Electronic Data, and other information about your activities over time and across different websites when you visit our Site or use our Services.
Security: Your privacy and the security of your Personal Information are important to us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. We will also make reasonable efforts to ensure that we retain information about you only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or by applicable law. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Children’s Privacy: Zenxel’s Services are not intended for use by children and we do not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13 and will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose such information. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her Personal Information without your permission or consent, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the information, at your written request. California Privacy Rights: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents have the right to obtain (a) a list of all third parties to whom the Company may have disclosed your Personal Information within the past year for direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of Personal Information disclosed. How You Can Access Your Information: If you have an online account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account. You can also review and update your personal information by contacting us. More information about how to contact us is provided below. If you have an online account with us, you also may choose to close your account at any time by submitting a request to our customer support department via the “Contact Us” link on the FAQ/Contact Support page of the Zenxel Services or by emailing us at email@example.com. After you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Services or access any of your Personal Information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Please note that if you close your account, we may still retain, use and disclose information associated with your account.
Disclosure and Ownership of Information: Any information which we obtain through your use of the Site or using cookies will be the sole property of Zenxel.
How We Will Communicate With You: You consent to being contacted in response to a communication from you about new products or services, to provide a promotional e-mail, and we may contact you about your orders or your accounts. If you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails from us, you may opt-out by clicking the unregister button at the bottom of that e-mail.
